Encik Ahmad bin Abu Bakar a Malaysian, male, aged 66 and is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board on 9 April 2008.

Encik Ahmad is an Accountant by profession. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Director of Malaysia Land Ventures Berhad and several private limited companies.

He does not have any family relationship with any other Directors and/or a major shareholder of the Company and has no conflict of interest with the Company. He has had no convictions for offences within the past five years.
